What is the delivery time?
Our delivery time consists of two phases:
Processing Time
Within 1–3 working days after your order is placed, it is checked, approved and packed — then prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time
Shipped via Posten Bring AS.
Please note: All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer than usual.
How much does shipping cost?
Free Premium Shipping
We offer free premium shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. This includes full insurance in case of theft, loss or damage to your parcel.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via the tracking page on our website — simply click "Track your order" in the main menu.
Please note: For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number still does not show any updates after several days, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you right away.
