Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day:
You, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods — where you have ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together.
You, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the last item — where you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately.
How to Exercise Your Right
The quickest way: log in to your account and submit a return request directly.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement — for example by email — to:

You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please note: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods — whichever is the earliest.
Returns Procedure
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before this period has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Important: The fastest way to get your return address and instructions is to log in to your account and start your return there. If you'd rather not use an account, contact us at support@hushmode-londen.co.uk before sending anything back — the return address shown on our parcels is not our returns address.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of the contract and delivery can only take place after 30 days
- Newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts)
The right of withdrawal expires early for:
- Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature
- Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if unsealed after delivery
