Shipping
At the moment, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. However, we are working on expanding our shipping destinations to more countries in the near future. Stay tuned!
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. Whether you order one item or an entire bundle — no shipping fees, ever.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in that email, or by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Our processing time is 1–2 working days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days. We do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To register a return, simply send us an email and our team will guide you through the process. We recommend reviewing our Return Policy, which can be found in the footer of our website.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide an appropriate solution right away.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it according to our return procedure and place a new order for the desired item. To start this process, email us at support@hushmode-londen.co.uk.
